Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to enjoy your copy of WOBBLES. If something goes wrong, we’ll put it right.

Damaged or Faulty Books

  • If your book arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

  • We will arrange either a replacement copy or a full refund.

  • You may need to provide a photo of the damage or return the item to us.
     

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.

  • Please check your order carefully before confirming payment.



How to Request a Return

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue (and a photo, if applicable)

  • Email your request to return to: wobbles@collaborate.co.nz

 


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Rights
This policy applies in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
